Who can make a referral?
Anyone can make a referral — including participants, family members, support coordinators, GPs, or other professionals. If you know someone who could benefit from our support, you’re welcome to complete the referral form on their behalf or with them.
What information do I need to provide?
We’ll ask for some basic details like contact information, NDIS status, support needs and any relevant background. The more detail you can give, the better we can understand how to help. But don’t worry — we’ll always follow up for a chat if anything’s unclear.
What happens after I submit the referral?
Once you’ve submitted the form, we’ll be in touch within 1–2 business days. We’ll have a conversation to learn more, talk through the next steps, and make sure our support is the right fit. There’s no pressure — just a friendly, helpful chat.
Can I refer myself or a family member?
Yes, absolutely. Many people refer themselves or a loved one. If you’re unsure how to start or what to include, feel free to call us and we’ll walk you through it. We’re here to make the process as easy as possible.
Is there a waitlist for your services?
We’ll always do our best to respond quickly and start support as soon as we can. In some cases, there may be a short wait depending on the type of service and location, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
